The Product Vessel

The vessel has a conical shape and it is made of stainless steel AISI 316L in contact with the product with working capacity 25 Liters

All welding are achieved under Argon gas and all welding are seams and finished.

The surface finish grit# 400,

Zero Dead-leg valve is fitted at the bottom of the tank

 

Lid Cover

The Cover is made of stainless steel AISI 316L and it carries the Mixer system. It has the following options

1- Product inlet 1” tri-clamp connection

2- Nitrogen pressure supply 1” tri-clamp connection

3- Lamp 12V.

4- Window with scrubber.

5- Safety Valve at 4 bar

The Cover could simply lift up by Mechanical lifting system.

Cooling jacket

The vessel has a cooling jacket made of stainless steel AISI 304, the cooling jacket has two opening 1” tri-clamp, one for chilled water in, another for chilled water out,

Maximum pressure could applied to the jacket is 3 bar.

in case of power off, the cooling valve is normally open to ensure a cooling water is supplied to the system

 

Insulation and Cladding

Rockwool insulation with cladding made of stainless steel AISI 304 is surrounding the cooling jacket,

Mixer System

The mixer is made of stainless steel AISI 316L with propeller mixer head and mizerwheel

The mixer is driven by variable speed explosion proof motor 1 hp.

The tank could be supplied with load cell and weighing system.

Double Jacket Preparative tanks

The tank is made of stainless steel AISI 316L in contact with the product and stainless steel AISI 304. it is manufactured according to cGMP rules.

The tank could be equipped with the following

– Low Speed Mixer Anchore type

– High Speed Mixer Propeller / Mizerwheel / Dispenser heat

– Sanitary discharge valve

– The cover is equipped with Manhole, vent, spray balls and lighting lamp

Complete Process of Liquid Preparation system
The Syrup system consists of two tanks or more, depending on the production requirements.

– Sugar Preparative tank, this tank is double jacket and supplied with variable speed mixer
– Storage tank with variable speed mixer
– Syrup and suspension pump
– Platform
– Complete control via PLC and Touch screen.
– Inter connection pipes between tanks through a flow plate.

Clean In Place System

Semi-Automatic Liquid Filling Machine 2 Nozzles
The Semi-Automatic Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine works on the volumetric principle and it is fitted with two heads. All machine parts in contact with the products are made of stainless steel AISI 316L. It is manufactured according to cGMP.
Pistons are easily dismantled for cleaning and inspection.
Pistons are designed to be sterilized and sustain temperature 121ºC.

Diving Nozzle for foaming products, the mechanism is available for two nozzles and it works with the centering device.

The Centering device is working to arrange the bottles under the nozzle for filling, if no bottle available the machine would not fill the product
